1. Complex L. interrogans a pathogen of humans and animals
2. Complex L. biflexa is not pathogen

A. Definition
Asfiksia neonates is a situation where the baby is born impaired gas exchange and transport 02 so that 02 patients shortage and difficulty out C02. (A.H Markum, 2002)
Asfiksia neonaturum is a state of newborns who failed to breathe spontaneously and regularly soon after birth (Hutchinson, 1967)
So asfiksia is a condition where the baby fails in attempt to breathe spontaneously, causing disturbances in the exchange of 02 and C02

I. Definition
Endometriosis is a condition that is reflected by the existence and growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus. Endometrial tissue can grow in the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterine ligaments forming, or it may also grow in the appendix, colon, ureter and pelvis.
II. Aetiology
There are several causes of the risk factors of endometriosis, among others:
1 Women of childbearing age (15 – 44 years)
2 Women who have a short menstrual cycle (<27 days)
Menstruation 3 old (> 7 days)
4 Spotting before menstruation
5 Increasing the amount of estrogen in the blood
Heredity 6: having a mother who suffered from the same disease.
7 Having a twin sister who suffered from endometriosis
8 Exposure of environmental toxins
Usually toxins from pesticides, wood processing and paper products, burning of medical waste and municipal garbage.

Indication
To remove obstruction in the airway caused by foreign objects & marked by some or all of the following signs and symptoms are:
1. Suddenly unable to speak.
2. General signs of choking feeling neck seized
3. Noise during inspiration.
4. The use of accessory muscles for breathing and increase breathing difficulties.
5. It is hard to cough or coughing ineffective or unable for cough.
6. Spontaneous respiration did not occur or cyanosis
7. Infants and children dg sudden respiratory distress with cough dg, stidor or wizing.
