Individuals will:
1. Shows the frequency of effective respiratory gas exchange and experience in the lungs.
2. Stating the factors that cause, if known, and expressed adaptive ways to overcome these factors.
Intervention
1. Make sure that the actions of individuals tersebutu done to ensure safety.
2. Individual attention from thinking about the state of anxiety by asking individuals to maintain eye contact with you. Say, “Now look at me and slowly breathing with me like this.”
3. Consider using paper bags when going out again expiratory air.
4. stay together and train individuals to breathe slowly, breathe more effectively.
5. Describe one can learn to overcome hyperventilation by breathing consciously control if the cause is unknown.
6. Discuss possible causes, physical and emotional and effective treatment methods.
